How to Use the Social Media Advertising ROI Estimator

  1. Define Your Campaign:
    1. Target Audience Size: Enter the size of the audience you are targeting on your chosen platform.
    2. Platform/Industry: Select a platform and industry from the provided list to automatically load average costs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    3. Cost Model: Choose whether you want to calculate based on CPC (Cost Per Click) or CPM (Cost Per Mille/Thousand Impressions).
    4. Desired Monthly Budget ($): Input the total amount you plan to spend on the campaign per month.
  2. Add Your Business Metrics:
    1. Estimated Conversion Rate from Social Ads (%): The percentage of clicks or impressions you expect to turn into a conversion (e.g., a lead, a sale).
    2. Average Value per Lead/Sale ($): The average monetary value of a single conversion for your business.
