Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is the process of working closely with partners – both from other parts of the company (internal partners) and from outside (suppliers, intermediaries, strategic alliances).

The goal of PRM is to create greater value for customers through collaborative efforts. Successful PRM requires understanding and aligning the goals of all partners, ensuring the smooth flow of all processes that lead to the delivery of the final product or service to the customer.
